Chair yoga is back … now on a Thursday morning
Starting Thursday, September 26 at 11.30am-12.30pm
Chair yoga is back after a summer break. It has now moved to Thursdays at 11.30am-12.30pm in Pavilion 3.
What is chair yoga?
Chair yoga is a great way to keep fit and agile. The gentle poses stretch and strengthen your body, soften tight shoulders and improve mobility.
For those who are able to stand, we do standing poses to improve balance and posture.
A breathing practice is also part of the session. It has many health benefits by helping to improve lung function, immunity circulation and more.
Every session ends with a long relaxation to soothing music to help you unwind.
Whatever your ability, chair yoga will help to keep you fit.
Price: £10 a session
I have been teaching yoga for more than 10 years in the area.
