T’ai Chi

T’ai Chi classes are held in Pavilion 3 between 2.30 - 3.30 p.m. on a Wednesday and, as can be seen from these press cuttings, T’ai Chi is an exercise that is beneficial for all age groups to help with balance, fitness and flexibility. It improves mobility and relieves tension.

Beverley Wilson is the original T’ai Chi co-ordinator here at Cliveden Gages and is a great champion of Jane, our instructor.  Beverley believes that T’ai Chi is excellent gentle exercise for balance and inner Chi, is calming and says that Jane’s classes are all carried out with a generous sprinkling of humour.
